An alumnus of Coimbatore Institute of Technology, he has behind him a long and successful innings as an industrialist, who started as a humble entrepreneur in the year 1983. He was born in the year 1954 in Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. He has been running number of Foundry Units in and around Coimbatore and a spinning mill near Krishnankovil near Srivilliputhur. Known for his affable but persevering attitude, he has carved out a niche for himself as an enterprising personality who can transform a vision into a material reality.

 

 

A Chartered Civil Engineer graduated from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore in the year 1982 with a honours degree in Civil Engineering. Held various positions in the Builders’ Association of India as GC Member, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice- Chairman and Chairman. He is the Convenor of School of Construction Artisans – a unique training institute in India for construction industry trades and Director of Build Expo 2003, 2005 & 2007 and BuildMat 2009 exhibitions at Coimbatore. Recipient of Vishwakarma Award for Best Professionally Managed Company from Construction Industry Development Council. He has received COCENA Achievement Award from Coimbatore Civil Engineers Association. He is also Member of Institution of Engineers, Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), Builders’ Association of India (BAI), Coimbatore District Small Scale Industries Association (CODISSIA), Indian Concrete Institute (ICI), Contractors & Builders Association (CEBACA), Coimbatore Civil Engineers Association (COCENA)

 

A PSGian hails from Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, born in the year 1965 and he is a successful entrepreneur running number of Foundries, Casting Units and other Mechanical Industries and Nitrous Oxide Plants in and around Coimbatore. Also, he has been involving in many social activities and active Member in ROTARY CLUB of Coimbatore Mid town and MASANIC CLUBS.

 

S. Thangavel – An experienced Business Professional and leading Industrialist owning a number of Foundry Units and Manufacturing Companies hails from Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District born in the Year 1955. He has rich experience in the field of Manufacturing C.I Castings and Nitrous Oxide I.P. Also, he is a successful Business Professional in the field of Rubber Industries.

 

A Mechanical Engineer graduated from M.S University. Completed his Masters Degree in Engineering Design and pursuing his Ph.D. in College of Engineering Guindy – Anna University, Chennai in the field of Thermal Engineering.  He is an active member in Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE) and Computer Society of India (CSI). Completed his MBA from Pondicherry University and completed his PGDCA also. He served as Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Administrative Officer, Vice - Principal and Principal in Engineering Colleges. He is also an active member in the Renewable Energy Club and closely associated with Ministry for Non – Conventional Resources (MNRE). He is also an active member of Lion’s Club of Pollachi Liberty.
